We craft our pizzas with love, allowing the dough to ferment for 72 hours before baking them to perfection in a traditional stone oven.
We opened our doors in 2002 with the clear goal of being able to present Copenhagen’s best and most authentic experience in Italian cuisine. Ristorante Sole d’italia has many regulars today, and we strive to create a cozy and personal atmosphere, where Italy plays a role in everything.
We offer an a’la carte menu packed with all the classic Italian dishes, from the delicious and inviting antipasto to classic main courses that include both the inviting pasta dishes or a fish or shellfish dinner.

On the beautiful and cozy Gråbrødertorv, which is located in the historic square, where we offer the most beautiful location in Copenhagen with 100 seats with sunny outdoor seating close to Strøget, you will find the restaurant, which is decorated in the style you know from your travels to the boot country to the south.
All made out of love for the food – just as a true Italian would do it.
