About Sole D’Italia
We craft our pizzas with care, allowing the dough to ferment for 72 hours before baking them in a traditional stone oven. This slow process enhances flavour, texture, and digestibility — just as in Italy.
Since opening our doors in 2002, our goal has been simple: to offer one of Copenhagen’s most authentic Italian dining experiences. Today, we are proud to welcome many regular guests and create a warm, personal atmosphere inspired by Italy — from the food to the feeling.
Our à la carte menu features classic Italian dishes, from inviting antipasti to handmade pasta, fresh seafood, and carefully selected meat dishes.

Located on one of Copenhagen's most charming squares, just steps from Strøget, Sole D'Italia offers 100 seats with sunny outdoor terrace dining — the perfect setting for an authentic Italian meal in the city centre.

From Monday to Sunday, we welcome you from 11:30 AM, keeping our kitchen fired up until 3:00 PM for lunch. For dinner, join us from 5:30 PM to 12:00 AM. On Sundays, we start later, with lunch beginning at 12:00 PM and dinner served until 9:00 PM, ensuring your weekend ends on a flavorful note.
